In liquid filling machine, the bottles are put by hand. Other filling operations, bottle capping and bottle transferring from the machine to the conveyor are automated.
Adjusting the speed of the machine for filling 250 Cc up to 3-liter bottles is done by inverter. There is no need to replace any parts.
Filling different types of PET bottles with different shapes and sizes is the other advantage of the machine.
All parts contacting with the liquid are made from European Stainless Steel 316.
The main buyers of this product are the production factories of lemon juice, rosewater, mineral water, fruit juice and buttermilk.
Installation, commissioning and training are free of charge in the factory.
